1 咨询

您可以通过拨打全国免费服务热线020-82495422，或者提交预约表单、在线留言等形式，向我们咨询您所关心的任何问题，我们会在24小时之内安排专业客服与您联系。

2 选位/订位

万安园提供传统穴葬、草坪葬、壁葬、楼葬、塔葬和艺术葬等多种形式供丧属选择。选位时，我们将有专业导览人员、配备观光导览车，为您提供优质服务。

3 预付订金

选位之后预付必要的订金非常重要，这样可以确保您所选择的墓位在5~15日之内的有效性。

4 定制/签订合同

完款并签定合同，我们会即刻为丧属办理各项合法文件、证书。请于签定合同时明确您将来建碑的控制面积、绿化要求、碑体的高度和方向等重要参数，以免在实际建碑时造成不必要的麻烦。

5 开具《建坟单》

◆ 安葬咨询葬礼不可逆转，提前咨询非常重要！我们设立专业的VIP客服柜台，就相关证明文件、认购合同的相关建墓约定进行核实。同时协助客户择节日，明确安葬时间和特殊安葬要求。并帮助客户分析明确安葬前的各项准备工作和安葬服务责任人。

◆ 瓷像/碑文制作，留住先人影像，铭刻墓志铭预约安葬时间很非常重要考虑到后期维护维修和整体美观性，瓷像统一由墓园有偿定制。碑文根据丧属要求在服务大厅由计算机现场完成设计、排版，客户当场填写《建坟单》签字确认。

6 客户验收

自选地须对填平土情况、挡土墙工程和墓碑进行验收确认。标准位须对墓碑进行验收确认。并由客户签署《验收确认单》。

7 择日落葬

园区配有专业礼仪师按标准地方习俗配合丧属落葬，严禁客户自行下葬。订购有迎灵礼仪和或安葬礼仪的，请按要求提前做好准备。

8 售后服务

园区可提供诸如代客祭扫、管家服务、墓碑翻新、鲜花租摆等特色售后服务。对于需要二次加葬的需求，请至少提前三天预约。
